profesionales e investigadores de alto nivel acad\u00e9mico capaces de analizar e intrevenir en la problem\u00e1tica de los procesos grupales e institucionales desde una perspectiva psicosocial y ubicada prioritariamente en la realidad mexicana en particular y latinoam\u00e9ricana en general.<\/p><p><strong>Objetivos Particulares<\/strong><\/p><p>Formar profesionales calificados te\u00f3rica, metodol\u00f3gica y t\u00e9cnicamente para el trabajo con grupos y el abordaje institucional, tendiente al apoyo de procesos colectivos de gesti\u00f3n de tareas y\/o proyectos y al esclarecimiento de las situaciones grupales e institucionales en juego.<\/p><p>Formar investigadores en el campo de los procesos grupales e institucionales, con el fin de apuntalar asi la intervenci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p><p>Formar profesores especializados en procesos de aprendizaje grupal.<\/p><p>Formar profesionales e investigadores con capacidad de reflexi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica en torno a los procesos de formaci\u00f3n y de producci\u00f3n de conocimientos y ante las cuestiones sociales contempor\u00e1neas.<\/p><p>Formar investigadores que cuenten con una perspectiva transdisciplinaria y multirreferencial y desmitificar el pensamiento lineal y casual en Ciencias Sociales, para arribar a la pol\u00e9mica y al debate, como una manera de entender la pluralidad y complejidad del
