es un reconocido programa de posgrado, pionero en los temas de innovaci\u00f3n. Cuenta con el grupo de investigaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante en M\u00e9xico dedicado a temas de Econom\u00eda de la Innovaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica desde hace 26 a\u00f1os. Somos un posgrado de excelencia inscrito en el Padr\u00f3n Nacional de Posgrado de Calidad y desde el 21 de septiembre de 2018 contamos con la dictaminaci\u00f3n del CONACYT como programa de posgrado de competencia internacional; ello garantiza que cada alumna(o) admitida(o) al programa cuente con una beca del CONACYT, con una vigencia equivalente a la duraci\u00f3n de los estudios de Maestr\u00eda (dos a\u00f1os). ..<\/p><p>El Programa tambi\u00e9n mantiene relaciones institucionales con otros programas de universidades nacionales y extranjeras, lo que permite la movilidad de alumnas(os) y profesoras(es), manteniendo con ello discusiones en los temas m\u00e1s actuales sobre innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Nuestras(os) egresadas(os) se han destacado en el \u00e1rea de Nelson, quien falleci\u00f3 el 25 de enero de 2025. Su <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">legado como pionero en el estudio de la econom\u00eda <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">evolutiva de la innovaci\u00f3n, los sistemas nacionales de <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">innovaci\u00f3n, las capacidades tecnol\u00f3gicas y las pol\u00edticas <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">p\u00fablicas de innovaci\u00f3n seguir\u00e1 marcando el rumbo del conocimiento en estas \u00e1reas fundamentales.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">A lo largo de su distinguida carrera, el profesor Nelson hizo contribuciones clave a la comprensi\u00f3n del papel de la innovaci\u00f3n en el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico. Su influyente art\u00edculo de 1959, The Simple Economics of Basic Scientific Research, sent\u00f3 las bases para analizar el conocimiento y la tecnolog\u00eda como bienes p\u00fablicos, un enfoque que ha tenido un impacto duradero en la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas de innovaci\u00f3n y desarrollo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Entre sus numerosas publicaciones destacan obras fundamentales como An Evolutionary Theory of Economic Change (en colaboraci\u00f3n con Sidney Winter), National Innovation System, The Moon and the Ghetto y Modern Evolutionary Economics, adem\u00e1s de una extensa colecci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos cient\u00edficos que han sido referencia obligada en los estudios sobre innovaci\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00eda y cambio econ\u00f3mico.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">El v\u00ednculo de Nelson con nuestro programa fue muy estrecho desde su origen, reflejado en la interacci\u00f3n continua con nuestros profesores y estudiantes. En 2007, tuvimos el honor de contar con su presencia como padrino del quince aniversario del programa, y en 2008 nos distingui\u00f3 con su visita como invitado especial en el Congreso Internacional GLOBELICS M\u00e9xico, organizado por nuestro posgrado. El Dr. Mario Cimoli es doctor en econom\u00eda por la Universidad de Sussex, fue profesor por la Universidad de Venecia desde 1992. Se desempe\u00f1o como secretario general adjunto y director de la Divisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Productivo y Empresarial en CEPAL.\u00a0 En el 2004 fue galardonado con el premio Philip Morris Chair of International Business. En la actualidad el Dr. Cimoli es profesor invitado en la Escuela de Sant Anna de Estudios Avanzados de la Universidad de Pisa, dicta conferencias y publica art\u00edculos y libros sobre temas vinculados con pol\u00edtica industrial, desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, pol\u00edticas de ciencia, tecnolog\u00eda e innovaci\u00f3n. En la MEGI el profesor Cimoli impartir\u00e1 cursos sobre crecimiento, desarrollo e innovaci\u00f3n, participar\u00e1 como lector de tesis de maestr\u00eda y doctorado. En coordinaci\u00f3n con el Departamento de Producci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica de la UAM X, conduce el seminario permanente sobre temas de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico-social y pol\u00edtica industrial.
